REFERRALS

Individuals may contact the Mediation Center directly for mediation.  Public, private, government, civic organizations and agencies may also refer cases for mediation.

WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR GENERAL MEDIATION?

A sliding scale, based on income or type of dispute, is used to establish fees for service. If payment presents a hardship, the fee is waived. It is a credit to our community to continue to subsidize a service that benefits those who are unable to pay full price. Seventy percent of our clients are at or below the poverty level.

WHAT DOES FAMILY VISITATION MEDIATION COST?

Family visitation mediations are provided on a sliding fee basis, depending on the parents' combined incomes. Fees for mediation range from $15.00 to a maximum of $150.00 each session.
